Avocado green sauce

Avocado Salsa Pesto is a beautiful and delicious dip that's perfect for a quick breakfast or afternoon snack

It's healthy, refreshing, and can easily be thrown into the dishwasher or food processor. Here's what you need:

Tomatillo (immature green tomato with papery skin) Avocado Lemon juice Cilantro Onions Jalapeños (optional) Salt

Roughly chop the mucilage, onion and cilantro. If using jalapeno, remove the seeds and white skin for a mild salsa or leave them for flavor.

Pulse until the salsa reaches your desired consistency.

You can leave it in thick pieces for a more textured salsa verde, or grind it smooth for a creamier sauce. For a richer flavor, you can bake the slime before mixing it.

However, the taste may not be the same. , tacos, burritos or grilled fish.

Let cool slightly before adding all roasted ingredients to the blender. The garlic easily squeezes out of the skin after being roasted.

Blend until combined & pour into serving dish.
