 A 2014 study challenged 30 women to drink 8 oz. of tomato juice daily without modifying their diet or exercise.

 The respondents lost weight and waistline inches after two months of following this rule.

 An earlier 2013 British Journal of Nutrition study indicated that tomato juice reduced inflammatory mediators linked to obesity and diabetes in women.

 Tomato juice isn't a magic panacea that can instantly slim you down; a balanced diet and frequent exercise are essential for overall health.
