Deion Sanders, the head coach of the Colorado Buffaloes, continues to work hard, though not in the way you might think.
Coach Prime is preparing himself and the Buffs for his second season as head coach, and first in the Big 12 conference.
While players enjoy the offseason, Sanders was working out inside the program's UC Health Champions Center,
running "for the first time in two years" before settling on some friendly competition, according to Deion Jr.'s Well Off Media."Pull up challenge; anybody want some?" Sanders asked the coaches.
Naturally, they complied. Taylor, a former Clemson fullback and undrafted free agency signing by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, scored 16.
Sanders then took to the bar, but not before predicting that he would defeat Taylor. "I'm going to do 17, just because," he told me.
Coach Prime is not known for underselling himself, but he did so on this occasion, registering 20 pull-ups. Houston succumbed to social pressure and put up 15.
"This is supposed to be strength and conditioning," Sanders exclaimed. "I just whooped strength and conditioning."
