Gymnast Livvy Dunne is returning to LSU for a fifth year, saying she's 'not Dunne yet'

LSU gymnast Livvy Dunne will return for a fifth season, noting on social media she's “not Dunne yet.”

The Tigers, fresh off their first national title, get one of college sports' most marketable players back.

In a video montage shared on Instagram and X on Monday, Dunne, 21, said, “No matter how many opportunities come my way off the mat, there’s just something about LSU” and being part of a historic team.

Last season, Dunne acquired a new love for the sport, according to LSU's news release.

In nine meets last season, Dunne competed in uneven bars and floor events, scoring 9.900 times, most recently in the NCAA Fayetteville regional second round. She wanted to demonstrate her versatility in many events.

“I really enjoyed the dynamic of the team this year and it all came together well,” said Dunne, who has four SEC selections and a WCA All-American.

"Winning the national championships was great for the team, but I feel I can do better as an individual."

In her last season, Dunne will join NCAA all-around champion Haleigh Bryant, Sierra Ballard, Chase Brock, and Alyona Shchennikova at LSU.
