Tahini Chocolate Coffee Date Shake

This amazing tahini coffee date smoothie is naturally sweetened with dates, thick from a secret ingredient, and full of chocolate and coffee tastes.   

It's like your favorite Caribou Coffee mocha frappuccino, but vegan, dairy-free, and full of nutrients.   

A Dining A column with feel-good recipes looked like just what we needed to relax before grilling and saying, “Hello, summer.”

– 3 large Medjool dates, pitted – ½ cup coconut milk (best if cold!) – ½ cup cold brew or leftover cold coffee – ¾ cup frozen cauliflower*

Ingredients 

 and tomato soup, spaghetti and meatballs, burgers, waffles, doughnuts, etc.

Blend pitted dates, coconut milk, cold brew, cauliflower, tahini, 1 tablespoon cacao powder, and vanilla extract in a high-powered blender.    

Instructions 

You can add any optional ingredients to your smoothie. If needed, add milk to thicken and blend until smooth.   

You can add extra tablespoon of cacao powder for more chocolate flavor. Serve in a glass! Serves 1. To serve two, double the recipe.
